Notes on abstract submission

Abstracts will be reviewed after the deadline (October 25, 2026). Notification of acceptance (poster/presentation) or rejection will be sent out starting in late 2026.

Presenters are required to register for the conference on their own via the conference website. Registration for the conference is not automatic upon submission through the abstract system or by the conference organizers.

1. Please create your personal account by clicking “New Registration.” You will then receive your personal password via email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or, after 60 minutes, contact abstract@conventus.de by email. 

2. Once you have received your password, please log in using your email address and password. You can now submit your abstract under “Abstract Submission.” Please follow the steps provided.

3. After your abstract has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Please check your spam folder for this email as well. You can now log in at any time and submit additional abstracts or modify existing ones until the deadline on 25 October 2026.

5. Please note that the Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts, and therefore the preference selected at the time of submission (presentation, e-poster, or case presentation) is not guaranteed.
